Return and exchange policy

1- Goods sold are not returned or exchanged, unless as follows:

– If there was a mistake in the order from us, the institution shall bear the shipping costs of returning and sending the new order without the customer incurring any costs

– If the order is correct, based on the customer’s request, the customer shall bear all shipping costs to our workplace from returning and retrieving the order, as a maximum of 2 days from receiving the order and notifying us of that.

2. The customer is not entitled to return or replace completely opened packages, used materials, or subjected or misused devices

3. If the request is approved through one of the contact numbers shown, the return or exchange policy mentioned above will apply to it

4. The order is shipped after the transfer within one day only, unless the order is in large quantities, within a maximum period of three days

5. In the event that the order is canceled before sending the order, the full amount will be refunded to the customer through his account from which the transfer was made

How long does the order take to arrive?
Shipped from our warehouse in Muscat Governorate. Delivery and shipping within Muscat within 24 hours, and the rest of the Sultanate’s states within 48 hours on weekdays except Friday.

How much are the shipping and delivery costs for the order?
The value of shipping or delivery is 2 Omani riyals in all governorates and states of the Sultanate, except for the governorate of Musandam and Masirah. The full cost of shipping will appear on the payment page before completing the order.
An additional cost for shipping may be calculated if the order quantity exceeds 1 carton. The excess is paid in cash upon receipt of the order.

What are the places that orders are delivered to?
Shipping and delivery is made to the door of the house to all governorates and states of the Sultanate, except for remote areas.
